    How do I order?

    Simply follow the on-screen prompts and instructions. Your Basket will automatically be emailed to you once you submit your order.

    Can I ship outside of the United Kingdom?

    This store is for the United Kingdom only. If you wish to ship outside the United Kingdom please contact your Merchandise Consultant for further information at [email protected].

    How long does it take to process an order?

    Once you have checked out and completed your order request it will be passed to our Customer Service Team who will process the order. Processing an order can take up to 24hrs.

    What is the minimum quantity I can order?

    Each product has a different minimum quantity, and the minimum quantity is the first price break provided.

    Can I order different quantities to those shown?

    As long as the quantity is above the minimum listed then any volume can be ordered. The quantities shown are merely price break levels.

    I am looking for a quantity that is not shown in this collection, who do I contact?

    I would like my own design printed on the items I order; can I do this?

    The designs are pre-approved and orders via this site are for those designs only. If you require a different design, please contact [email protected]

    I am looking for a new product that is not shown in this collection, where do I get them from?

    I have an event date that is closer than the delivery lead time stated, what can I do?

    Can I dispatch to multiple countries?
